Terms

Quotes:

You can request pricing and lead time for any products you may be needing, by contacting us either through phone or by email. All we would require is the product part number, model, manufacturer, and a brief description, if available. If you have a specific target price, we will do our best to meet that price point. Once we have the quote ready we can forward it to you through email or give you a phone call, whichever is most convenient for you.

Stock Items:

We currently do not have any items in stock, since our current customer base prioritizes on special orders. If there is a high demand on a certain item, we would be more than happy to keep that item in stock for future purchases.

Payment:

We offer a net 30 day term, which means the payment would be due on the last day of the month following the one in which the invoice is dated. You can pay by Check or by Credit Card.

Return Policy:

All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original packing slips and documentation. Altered or etched items will not be accepted. Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
